At times we can flexible on weekly rates in the off season with a signed lease agreement
We do accept credit /debit cards.
We will charge your card 1/2 down and then the balance due 2 weeks before your arrival. On the balance of the rental payment, we will charge a $10.00 processing fee.
We will also charge the $100.00 cleaning damage deposit after your departure, if the house is not left in the same condition as when rented ($100.00 if we allow a pet) and the check-out sheet is not followed.
